books books books

In a few weeks we'll be heading back to Canada for a visit. While I'm in Canada I will be looking to read some new books. I already have a few ideas in mind of what to read while I'm there.... Anybody else got any books to recommend?

C'mon, don't be shy.

When will you be heading back to the homeland and where will you end up. Here I hope. Let me know cuz we will have to hook up. Maybe share some turkey or play some meaningless games

Hey Pegs,
We are flying in about a month but won't end up back in SK until the beginning of June but we'll be around there for awhile.

I agree, we must hook up for sure. Meaningless games and turkey would both be a lot of fun.

Ah! I can't wait until you're here, K!! I had a dream the other night that you came home. It was a pleasant dream. :)
Lots of love (and anticipation...considering I don't have Bolivia to look forward to anymore)

Hey there, old friend! I followed the link to your blog from brother Tavis's blog. So great to read about you and your life across the pond! Glad to hear you are coming "home" for awhile, and I'm sure you will be very busy and have lots of people to visit with, but.....maybe it will work out this time to get to see you. It has been too long.
About books to read: we are learning some revolutionary things from a book called "Understanding the Purpose and Power of Prayer" by Dr. Myles Munroe. I allowed myself the rare luxury of a fiction book last month: one by Francine Rivers - can't remember the title (maybe "Redeeming Love"? Yeah, I think that was it) but it mirrored the story of Hosea. Couldn't put it down! I do like her stuff. What are your recommends?
I don't have a blog, but I blog for my children, Caleb and Chloe (mostly for my own journalling delight but also for the grandparents. Tavis has links to their sites on his blog, if you are interested).

Blessings on you and M!

Hi Laura,
I would love to see you guys if it works out when we are home!
It has been a long time! I agree, too long entirely.
We'll give you guys a shout when we are back in SK.
Thanks for the book recommends, I would like to check them out.
Hope all's well with you and your cutie kiddos! (I did check out your sites- way too cute!)
